- **How does the free trial work?**  
You get 14 days of full Pro feature access to Rapport with 50 minutes of AI-powered avatar conversations. No credit card required—just sign up and start creating.

- **What happens when I hit my usage limit?**  
Each plan includes a set number of conversation minutes per month. If you go over, additional usage is billed at **$0.21 per minute**. We’ll always notify you before you reach your limit.

- **Can I upload my own characters?**  
Yes! Starting with the **Business plan**, you can upload your own 3D characters to personalize your avatar experiences.

- **What’s included in the Pro and Business plans?**  
  
    **Pro ($19/mo):** 100 usage minutes per month, 1 creator, up to 5 workspaces, reports, and access to pre-built scenario templates.  
    **Business ($99/mo):** 500 usage minutes per month, 3 creators, unlimited workspaces, custom character uploads, and advanced support options.

- **What if my team needs more creators or usage time?**  
That’s where **Enterprise** comes in. You’ll get tailored usage packages, unlimited creators and workspaces, plus access to professional services, custom branding, and on-prem/private cloud hosting.

- **What kind of support do I get?**
